 Energy Services
We offer a wide range of energy services to homeowners and the construction industry.
- Building Energy Rating Assessments (BER): Under new legislation, a BER must be provided with all dwellings for sale, rent or occupied for the first time.
- Energy Advisory Reports: Outline areas where improvements and savings can be made to existing dwellings and uses BER's and air tightness testing as evaluation tools.
- Display Energy Certificates: In Line with new legislation all public buildings, including schools will require an energy rating certificate to measure energy use and carbon emissions and will be required to display this certificate in a public area.
- Insulation Contractor: Tecritch Services is a registered insulation contractor under the Sustainable Energy Ireland, Home Energy Savings scheme.
- Air Tightness Testing: Is a requirement of the Building Regulation Part L 2008, and can be incorporated into a BER. Testing of an existing dwelling will highlight heat loss due to uncontrolled air movement.
